Does EKENU send emails for me right now?
Not from this public website. Our free tool generates editable drafts for you. We are preparing a separate managed service for eligible business invoices, requiring verification and your approval before EKENU sends any enquiry.
Can I use EKENU if my employer owes wages?
Yes, the free check can help you prepare a measured enquiry, but employment pay disputes need different guidance. Use the Acas information linked in your result and seek prompt help about time limits if needed. Our planned £39 EKENU-sent service does not cover employment wage disputes.
Will you guarantee I get paid?
No. EKENU helps you organise information, prepare a suitable follow-up and understand available options. We are not a solicitor, court, regulator or enforcement agency.
Will EKENU store the information I enter?
Not in this static free tool. Your form entries are used in your own browser, and are not uploaded to EKENU. If you decide to email us, that email and the information you include will be processed through Gmail for the enquiry.
How much does it cost?
The free check and editable follow-up cost nothing. £39 is a proposed one-off price for our planned managed business follow-up service. It is not available for purchase yet.
